Baptist Health systems spending millions on new parkway facility
BAPTIST HEALTH SYSTEMS
will make their presence known with
the construction of a $15 million
facility in south Madison County.
Construction is under way on the
facility, according to Robby Channell
from corporate communications at
Baptist.
The four-story structure will be
located on the corner of Highway
463 and Highland Colony Parkway.
The 81,270 square foot property
will house a number of health care
services throughout the building.
The ground floor will house multiple
clinics, including a children’s
clinic and a Baptist primary care clinic.
In addition to the ground floor clinics,
the facility will offer a number of
other health care services.
An outpatient ambulatory surgery
center, a diagnostic imaging center
and medical offices will be found
throughout the facility.
Patients will also find the Baptist
Sleep Disorders Center and Baptist
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.
There are also plans for offices
specializing in health care for
women, ophthamology, dermatology,
neurology, pulmonary, and ear,
nose and throat. In addition to all this,
there will be space available for lease.
Because of the vast number of
health care options provided, this
facility will be beneficial to residents
of Madison and the surrounding
areas.
An overall cost of $15 million has
been estimated for this project,
according to Channell.“We are looking forward to seeing
this facility develop to help meet the
current health care needs of the citizens
in the area,” said Channell.
